Cafe Mocha
1 - 1/2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup water 2 - 2/3 cups strong, freshly brewed, hot coffee 1/4 cup light cream or whole milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
In a small bowl, combine the cocoa and sugar until well blended. Stir in the water. Let stand for 3 minutes to allow the cocoa flavor to develop. Transfer the mixture to a serving carafe. Add the coffee, cream, and vanilla, stir well. Serve hot Serves 4. |
