Orange Fruit Dip
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 - 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream 1/4 cup orange juice 2 Tbs. grated orange rind 1/4 tsp. ground ginger Assorted dippers such as pound cake, angel food cake, kiwi slices, strawberries, pineapples, or bananas.
Beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream, orange juice, orange peel, and ginger in a medium bowl with an electric beater till fluffy. Chill up to 24 hrs. Serve with desired dippers. Makes 2 cups.
