Salsa & Sour Cream Dip

1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 ( 1-1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.  Yield: 4 cups

Pineapple Cheese Spread

2 -- 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 -- 15 oz. can crushed pineapple
1  Tbs. chopped green pepper
1  Tbs. chopped onion
1  Tbs. seasoned salt
2  cups chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients , except nuts, together. Mix nuts in.  Chill for 2 hours.



Hot Crab Dip

1 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
1-1/2 tsp. "Old Bay" seasoning
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 pound fresh lump crab meat, or I use the imitation

Preheat oven to 350.  Combine mayonnaise, 3/4 cup
cheese, "Old Bay seasoning, worcestershire sauce, & mustard together. Fold in crab meat. Spoon mixture into a 1 qt. casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with a dash of "Old Bay" seasoning. Bake for 15 mins. or until mixture begins to bubble around edges. Serve with assorted crackers or breads.
Serves 8-10
Orange Fruit Dip

1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 - 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbs. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Assorted dippers such as pound cake, angel food cake, kiwi slices, strawberries, pineapples, or bananas.

Beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream, orange juice, orange peel, and ginger in a medium bowl with an electric beater till fluffy. Chill up to 24 hrs. Serve with desired dippers.  Makes 2 cups.
