Christmas is one of my favorite times of year. It brings out the child in me. What I love most about Christmas is the spirit of the season. And I love the lights, whether it be outside lights, tree lights, or candlelight, I LOVE them. I always have lots of lights. It reminds me of the light of Jesus, whose birth we celebrate. "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." John 8:12 So, this year when you are admiring and enjoying the beauty of the Christmas lights, think of the Light Of The World, Jesus. He IS the reason for the season!
